A Brief Chat With Mary Wittenberg

Mary Wittenberg is the president and CEO of the New York Road Runners, and race director of both the USA Men's Marathon Trials on Saturday, and the next day's ING New York City Marathon. A former partner at a New York City law firm, Wittenberg won the 1987 Marine Corps Marathon in 2:44--a time that qualified her for the 1988 USA Women's Olympic Marathon Trials.
