RW Shoes and Gear: On Monday, November 5, Shoe 4 Africa (S4A) will be collecting used running shoes at the finish line of the ING New York City Marathon. S4A is the brainchild of Toby Tanser, who has been helping underprivileged Africans get running gear since 1995.
